microsoft Itunes download compatible with Traktor pro 3

Hi,

I recently had to reinstall Itunes onto my Pc windows 10 from microsoft, my old itunes version was downloaded from Apple and was working fine with my Traktor Pro 3 software, but now they just arent talking to each other, is the microsoft version still compatible with Traktor, if so can anyone advice me why I might be having problems and what to do, thank you
