Traktor Kontrol Z2

Hello

I have a Traktor Kontrol Z2 and I want to DJ using it and a laptop. I think they provided software when I bought it 10 years ago but I can't find it in Native Access and none of the serial numbers I have are allowing me to download the right software. Only Traktor DJ 2 is appearing and it's not connecting to the controller.

Can anyone help?

Yes you need a newer version of Traktor Pro. TP2 is officially supported only up to macOS 10.13 High Sierra. But Traktor Pro 4 requires at least macOS 12 Monterey. Hope your mac supports this version.

What operating system are you using? Is it a Mac?

In that case: If you bought it 10 years ago, your Z2 came with a licence for Traktor Scratch Pro 2. This isn‘t compatible with modern versions of macOS (and with Macs with M chips at all). For that reason Native Access doesn‘t list it. But if the licence is registered in your account you can get an upgrade to current Traktor Pro 4 at 104€.
