Trouble with installing/updating!

Hi,
Recently I reset my Administration rights because of an issue with my Mac (Adobe Photoshop). Since then I can’t download any updates anymore!I completely erase all the NI prefs and other content like described on the Website how to De-Install NI.Then Installed everything back again.
It still doesn’t work!See screenshots.
What can I do to fix this?

    Does Native Access and the NTKDaemon have full disk access? How to Enable Full Disk Access on macOS

    NTKDAemon can be found here:

    Macintosh HD > Library > Application Support > Native Instruments > NTK > NTKDaemon
