Scanning on startup getting stuck on FL Studio vst plugin

Does this happen to anyone else. This has been the case for many updates and releases. Happens with one other plugin but I was wondering if anyone else had this issue with the FL plugin. I have to go into the task manager (W11) and end the scanapp instances, usually multiple times

    Have you tried to open Maschine in standalone? Do you get the same issue then? Are you running FL Studio and Maschine as admin? How to Run a Program as an Administrator

    Does that change anything?

    This is in stand-alone mode. It does it inside FL Studio as well. I'll try the admin thing but I don't think it'll make a difference as it has gotten past the FL VSTs a time or two, IIRC
