My native instruments are acting up since I relocated my sound library to an external and am access this through my new Mac Studio. I can't access TRK 01 in Komplete control. Native access says it has been installed. Can't find it anywhere. I had thousands of presets. Where would I find those? If I can find them on the old computer, I could bring them over to the appropriate folder. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

TRK 01 is a Reaktor ensemble. Have you tried with Reaktor in standalone?

Were these factory presets or your own user presets?

How were you saving presets for TRK01 on the previous computer? Through Komplete Kontrol, Reaktor, in the projects?

Thank you for your response. When I open Reaktor standalone I get this (see first pic). I don't know where to load any sounds at all.

My factory presets are saved here - see pic. I noticed that in Kontakt and Kontakt 5 - my user presets all show up - but nothing in the newly downloaded Kontakt 7. Anyway to transfer them. I feel like I should just be using Kontakt 7 now with my new system. In Reaktor - there are no user presets that come up.

When I open Reaktor - this is what I see:

I have been having difficulties with Kontakt libraries disappearing. Even though I have clearly set the correct path - every once in a while in Logic it can't find sound library. I then need to re download and then repair - change the path. Then it works. It concerns me that this is ongoing. Should I delete everything and download all libraries through native access again?

In reaktor, I used to have many additional libraries that no longer show up.

I appreciate your help in this. I wish I could speak directly to a rep at NI - but I can't find a spot to email or call them.

    Thank you again.

    Doug

Also, Previews sill not install. I install it - and then it doesn't show up and says that I need to install it again.

I didn't realize getting a new computer was going to be so confusing for my NI library.

Ok - I was able to copy over my presets from Kontakt to Kontakt 7 however many of these presets don't open because it is trying to find them in Kontakt - which no longer seems to work. Samples/database can't be found no matter what I do to point it to the correct drive.

To open a Reaktor ensemble in Reaktor in standalone you simply choose the Play option then go in the library and choose what instrument to load.

Have you installed all the Reaktor instruments with Native Access? The Reaktor Factory Library? TRK 01?

You mention issues with Kontakt 7 now, have you installed everything from scratch with Native Access on the new computer?

Do Native Access, the NTKDAemon, Kontakt, Komplete Kontrol, Logic all have full disk access? How to Enable Full Disk Access on macOS

FYI, we do have a support secion on our website. I made this little gif:

I appreciate you getting back to me. No one at NI has responded even though I have started a case.

I redownloaded everything from NI. The install path was set to my new external drive however all of my Instruments based on the Reaktor platform were installed on a completed different drive. Once installed, Native access said that I needed to REPAIR - which I did by relocating the instruments on the correct drive.

I still get this every time I start up Reaktor as standalone or in logic.

It used to be that it would launch Reaktor and to the left would be all my Reaktor instruments for me to load in. Now I need to go through the long process of first ignoring this page and then fishing about finding the correct path - or click and dragging the NKI file into the window. Something is off in terms of the path. PLIST file? This shouldn't be that difficult to fix. Strange that it is happening on a new computer with a fresh install.

Please help me sort this out. Thank you. Doug

@Dougo2 My colleagues will have to get a closer look to your system. They should get back to you as soon as possible.
