Traktor 4 Update Issue

I just updated Traktor 4 to 4.0.1 thru Native Access and when I opened Traktor it was empty I had to move my collection over to the updated (minor update) version. That can't be correct, I do not want to have a empty program after updates, there is always a risk when doing so.

When you start the update first time you will be ask if you want to start with an empty collection or import your previous collection.

If you want to get prompted again, rename the new Traktor 4.0.1 folder

My 4.0.1 was seamless.

I'll try the folder rename next time, I thought the update to 4.0.1 was a "small update" according to the email from NI that I received. I have a bloated corpse of a collection that I don't want to have to load after a small update, a major update, going from 3 to 4 I understand that
