Maschine Mikro M3 display very dark. Doesn't respond to change in settings

Hi

I just got my Maschine Mikro M3. The display is very dark. (I also own a midi keyboard from NI which is much brighter).

If I change the display settings in Maschine I see no difference. I updated the firmware (had the latest version).

Although I bought it second hand, it looked absolutely fine and everything else works fine. So it looks like it doesn't respond to a change in display settings (and is in the dark mode ;-))

I hope anyone has ideas how to solve this.

Hey Rob, have you tried on a different USB slot of your computer? On another computer? If it behaves the same on the other computer you should get in touch with our hardware service: https://bit.ly/NI_support_Hardware

Thanks. I tried different port, installed it on a different PC and unfortunately the same result.
