I recently bought a brand new machine MK3 when I went to license it the license didn't work it says it's already been used but I am the only user although everything else seemed to work I got the reactor I got the contact and everything else that came with it but I can't use the machine to softwares nowhere to be found and it doesn't load? Where did you buy the Maschine MK3 from? If the licence has already been used then it's either been registered and used and a floor demo, or it's a return.
