Upgrade request due to bad timing of my purchase day before Pro 4 release

Hi there, I just bought Traktor S4 MK3 with Pro 3 software a day before the release of Pro 4 Software. Is it possible to get a complementary upgrade to Pro 4? I made my purchase for a new one using Amazon. I've registered my license today on 7/23/24 hoping it would be for Pro 4, but it is still the old Pro 3 version.

    You‘ll have to contact NI support about you issue. They are the only ones who could hell you.
