Hey whitbymusic, what would be interesting for us to know is what version of Native Access you are on that caused this issue for you. Also whether you have tried disconnecting from any VPNs? There's not a whole lot for us to work with here.
It started working again. I don't use VPNs.
I assume there was a DSN issue at the NI end.
