No 'osc & midi learn' option in Rounds with Reaktor

This is driving me crazy - any other Reaktor ensemble lets me right click on a control and midi learn to my controller. The only one that doesn't given me the option is Rounds - whether that's general knobs like filter cutoff or the macro controls. Any idea why that's happening? I'm using full Reaktor not player

Unfortunately this is a consequence of Rounds not using the built in Reaktor knobs but instead multi pictures to represent knobs. There are some other ensembles that have this problem. The workaround for me is to control it in Komplete Kontrol

Because all its controls (or almost all) are driven (and covered) by Mouse Area modules… Mouse areas does not have a "Connect" option. ;-)

Thanks Kymeia. Do you know if it's possible to edit the ensemble so it DOES use the mappable macro knobs instead? Seems really weird that KK can access them but it's otherwise closed to somebody attempting to map them manually through Reaktor.

KK uses host automation internally to map knobs so neither MIDI or OSC. Presumably Rounds was designed to expose the Macros and a few other params for host automation - probably originally meant to be used in Kore as this is a lot older than Komplete Kontrol

Is it possible to edit "rounds" if so, add your own knob or something and assign it or maybe just add midi receive modules in the edit mode and set it up to use the controller you want. There might be a way to use the layer setting if a picture is covering up a knob but I don't know how. I think the layers give priority to the mouse pointer but maybe not. It might be for the pictures or something that puts one pic on top of another.
