Maschine+ transport control problem!

Hello!

Just recently on the M+, I think since the latest update, I'm having this issue where holding SHIFT+TRANSPORT wheel says N/A at the top of the screen, instead of scrubbing through the track as you'd expect.

It's intermittent, but it keeps happening.

If I select something like the volume or swing tab, then back out of that again, it works once more. But then it will happen again periodically! Never had this issue before and it's pretty frustrating, any advice appreciated!

    Ah…right. Not just me then.

    So they're aware of it at least hopefully. Thanks man. For me though it's not even after text entry, it just happens. At least it's easy to get around, just a bit annoying..

    Is there any way of contacting NI over this? Seems like such a dumb glitch and I feel like we have no idea if they're on the case or not :/

    Ah nice one. Hope they can resolve this in the next update then. Yeah I can get around it by double tapping volume/tempo etc, it's just that it's happening every few minutes now it seems, bit of a distraction :/

    Everyone is having this issue I assume?

    Anyway cheers for letting them know, here's hoping

    If this is a universal issue which I guess it must be surely there's a quick fix incoming?

    IIRC, this problem exists since 2020 or 2021. I wouldn’t hope for a fix to come „soon“.
