cant download from native access

Hi there.ust got a new iMac and cant download anythingfrm native access. if I click install it turns to queued and stays like that. please help many thanks

Do you happen to have the Apple private relay on? If so, turn it off before you start the app.

thanks!no idea how to turn it off s I googled it. its says go to setting an in I cloud turn it off. is that correct?

I don't even got an I cloud.
