T4 traktor audio 10 problem..

Hello.  I installed T4 on an HP Elitebook 8570w and an 8770w machine.  Both machines are equipped with an i7 3740qm processor, and the 8570 works with 16GB ram and the 8770 with 32GB ram.   The following is the error: when T4 starts and I use all 4 players, - "but if I use only the four, it doesn't work either" - no sound comes out on the four channel - no noise, no sound - nothing.   The sound card works perfectly with the T3, the output and input of all four channels also work perfectly.   The T4 4 player starts the music, but there is no sound.  There is no sound when e.g.  I try with F1.. Channel 4 is completely "blind" ..... neither its output nor its input works for the sound card.  Please help me.

It's a known bug and they are working on a hot fix.

Use tp3 for now or assign channel 0,1 to deck a, 2,3 to deck b.. Etc.

Well, then I was reassured that the problem was not with my machine. And you don't need to reinstall unnecessarily. However, then it is likely that this is also why the software lags noticeably during any sampling. In any case, it would be good if this problem were solved as soon as possible... I discovered the error before a party last night. Of course, I should have tested the software myself first... but I also learned from this...

But Traktor Audio 10 has only 10 channels not more than 12. It shouldn't be affected by this bug/known issue.

Of course there can be mistakes... I accept that. Only those who don't work are not at fault... :) However, the solution is also not satisfactory, that I temporarily set the output of the D deck to 0 and 1 main... because it will sound like that, but the main input cannot be adjusted for phono...

I don't think this whole thing got off to a good start. Why do the main output and input have to be 0 and 1?

As a temporary workaround until they fix it. At least the outputs. I don't know if the inputs have to as well.

Or you use tp3.

Now there is no other option, so the use of T3 plus remains. I hope this problem is solved as soon as possible.
