Mk3 questions about controller support

my mk3 lights ups and I’m able to load kits and sounds but the screen is not coming up I’ve tried everything in the suggestions category just got a MacBook 16 i7 sonoma 14.5 I believe ? Any suggestion to help I also redownloaded the machine 2 file
