Guitar Rig 7

Just purchased Guitar Rig 7. I have downloaded and installed. The plugin appears in Cubase VE 12 elements with my other VST inserts. However, when I apply one of their presets to a track the effect doesn't work. Any thoughts? Thanks, Neil.

Did you start GR7 in standalone mode first (right after install) - so as to populate the preset data base?

Not sure. I've now opened the standalone from the desktop icon and that hasn't made a difference. Thanks, Neil.

Hmm. What GR7 preset are you trying to use.

Possible to show a screen cap?
