how is it posible to use denon hc 4500 with traktor pro 4
when i load the tsi from the website en i load it in to traktor 4 the tst is empty

I think this can be a incompatibility issue, this hardware might be no longer supported.
Even old .tsi files should load.
Maybe you can share the file and someone can take a look.
Even in Traktor Pro 3 the mapping list is empty when you add the DN-HC4500, I think the 4500 has some internal mapping, since Traktor also supports its displays.
i download the file on the web site from native instruments.
when i load it in to traktor 3 it works.
only when i load the same tsi in traktor pro 4 it don't work
