Error instalation traktor 4

Hello, I have purchased the Traktor 4 update. But it won't let me install it. When I went to install it, update it with Native Access, I deleted traktor pro 3. And then when I got to 4 I got the message that I put below. But I get both when I want to install 3 and 4 again. What should I do? What have I done wrong?? Please I ask for your help urgently.
