Traktor pro 4 output routing issues into Djm V10 mixer

I recently purchased Traktor pro 4. I connect directly to my djm v10 mixer and enjoy playing on channels 3 and 4. I went to configure my output routing, but am limited to routing only Deck A to channel 1 or channel 2, deck B to channel 1 or channel 2. I have attached 2 pictures of my output settings. In the first pic, you will see traktor deck A outputting to channel 1, and works perfectly. When i select deck A to route to channel 3, no signal into the mixer. Yes, i have the correct input signal on my mixer

    This is a known issue with audio interfaces with more than 12 channels, according to release notes. But looks like some interfaces with less channels are affected too.

    hmmm, frustrating. Hopefully an update will fix this issue

    For now Traktor 4 is useless to me. I will continue to use my Traktor 3 until this issue gets fixed. I guess i jumped on purchasing this too soon

    I thought it was my firmware possibly being out of date on my mixer, which it was. But after installing the most recent firmware onto my v10, still same problem

    Like mani said, it's a known bug:

    KNOWN ISSUE Audio Interfaces with more than 12 channels

    When using an Audio Interface with more than 12 channels it is currently not possible to select channels with a index above 2 for Deck A, above 4 for Deck b, above 6 for Deck C, and above 8 for Deck D. This issue will be resolved very soon.

    So, I´ve got a V10 my self, I am considering buying traktor since i was a long time user back in the day, but definitively I am looking up for HUD control mode, with my V10 and CDJ3000, I would be able to use it or not yet?

    @Boz Can you update to 4.0.1 and see if it solves your problem?

    yes, as soon as i saw the new update for traktor i installed it. all fixed now!

    @dr. perkins01 I had no issues at all using that setup with traktor 3. haven't tried it out with traktor 4 yet. I now use an x1 mk3 with my v10 to control traktor
