Traktor Pro 4 Says controller problem

The controller icon is lit orange but as far as I can tell it's status quo everything works. I assume by "controller" it's referring to any MIDI device in your list, I know it's not the mappings, it's all NI and should integrate S4 Mk3 / F1 / Maschine MK2 (all working normal)Could this be coming from the Controller Editor and can I fix it in there ? [Edit: I also have a Audio 8 DJ but I have never seen that in the controller list)

So this is a problem that is not a problem but if the icon is lit how will I know if something is really on the fritz, kind of existential

    I'm using the Demo version of the new pro 4 software, but I can't understand why it doesn't open 99% of the files to transform them into STEMS
