audio issues with traktor pro 4.

Hardware: traktor kontrol S3 & X1 Mk2 (2 units).1°) PC Win (Xmg dj): at the beginning, the sound of the 'pattern' of deck1 came out on channel 2 of the mixer and functional 'FX' effects. After screen image changes, no Drums sound (pattern) and no Fx effect with X1 and computer mouse. I shut down and restarted the PC with no change. 2°) Mac mini M2 Sonoma at first connection: no drum sound, 'patterns' and inaudible Fx effects. 3°) I tried with only the S3, no change. 4°) The controllers have the latest firmware.5°) Has anyone else encountered this similar problem? THANKS.

Hi, 3 screenshots attached. Screenshot 4: mixer. Screenshot 5: Left and right Fx off. Screenshot 6: left side with Fx1 on and right side with Fx2 on. My mistake was not having activated the Fx buttons on the S3. I focused on the X1 Mk2 forgetting the S3. If you hadn't asked me to take a picture of the mixer I wouldn't have found it. Thanks for your help.

Thank you for your reply. I can't send you a mp4 vidéo because this format is not accepted.

1°) We can see in the settings the X1Mk2 (2 units) and S3 controller.

2°) For the FX, I varied the reverb parameters without changing the sound.

3°) In pattern mode (drums), we do not hear the snares, kick...

4°) The computer is a Win Xmg Dj PC. A new software update was carried out on July 27 around 6:00 p.m. On a mini mac M2 Sonoma(with also the 1st update), these are also the same symptoms/malfunctions. Thank you.

I kinda knew this would have been the issue, the first time i use them I forgot to turn them on. It can be confusing sometimes.
