I bought Update to TP4 few hours ago.
But i cant find it in "my products" and in Native Access app
When and how can i download my Update to TP4 ?
Are you using mac os 11 or below? In that case there is no tp4 for you.
You should be able to see any serials connected with your account on the MY PRODUCTS, SERIALS, AND DOWNLOADS page , listed as either Not registered or as Registered Products. Also the serial could be listed in any emails that you got from N.I. , please check emails including spam folder.
Else , what typically has happened lately is that that type of problem solves itself within a few hours or day at most.
If does not show by tomorrow then try Jeremy_NI's Kontakt libraries go missing in Kontakt and/or Native Access.
I problem is not solved by tomorrow at latest then you need to contact N.I. Purchase Support

How to fix "Not registered" about my TP3 licence (i have it with my s4 mk3) ?
I have registred licence Traktor Pro 3 for Traktor Kontrol S4 MK3
Day ago i bought update to TP4, nothing happened. No changes in Native Access (last version). No changes in "my products" .
