can’t get EFX to work in T4

So I have both T3 and the new T4, but can’t get ANY Efx to work in T4. Guess I’m doing something wrong, but don’t know wha it is.

In T3, you can adjust between Dry/Wet balance, but I don’t see that in the T3 interface..

    You can go to SETTINGS, then look for GLOBAL SETTINGS…in that section you can enable the FX in the UI and set the type.

    Hmmmmm

    Here is a pic of the Global Settings as well as the Effects Settings.

    What do I have wrong ?
