TRAKTOR KONTROL S4 MK3 DJ Controller crashes! How to fix

Just purchased a TRAKTOR KONTROL S4 MK3 DJ Controller running off Traktor pro 3. According to everything these products are up to date etc.. Whenever I plug it in and load a track everything is fine until I attempt to press play. Nothing happens and the whole program just freezes essentially. I provided a screenshot of my computer info. Need help as this is very frustrating!

I believe updating to the latest Mac OS (Sonoma), has helped, as I have not had any crashes since I did. Good luck!

Had a crash yesterday under 3.11.1 and latest Sonoma. S4 was connected, and sound just cut off while I was using the preview player. All audio stopped and when I tried to quit, Traktor went into the infinite Flushing Background Tasks loop.

Sadly, immediately switched over to Traktor 4.0 and after a few tracks Deck B went crazy, boosting track speed like crazy and wouldn't respond or even stop playing.

Hello, I have professional stage performances and live streams every week with my hardware: TRAKTOR KONTROL S4 MK3 & 2xNI F1 (all drivers and firmware are up to date. I often have the problem that after 2-3 hours of continuous operation the first channel A in Traktor3Pro no longer responds, only the loaded track is still running in channel B, everything is normal. Since my first S4 MK3 was out of warranty, I got a new one and also replaced the i9 Win Pro Laptop, reinstalled Traktor 3Pro, everything was fine for the first two stage performances, now on Friday I have the same problem again. Do I have to switch to Pioneer or can you help me? Greetings Brinol
