i just bought traktor pro 4 but i cant find it in native access.

Hello everyone, I would like to know if you can help me, today I bought the Traktor Pro 4 software for my MacBook Pro 13 Ship M1 but it does not appear in native access, I put the serial number and everything but it does not appear anywhere, thank you for your help.

Are you running the latest version of Native Access (3.12.1)? If you're running the earlier version I don't think it appears. You can download the latest version of NA from here - https://www.native-instruments.com/en/specials/native-access-2/
