Update upgrade

ich habe mir extra einen controller traktor s4 mk3 mit vollversion traktor pro 3 geholt nun kommt die software traktor pro4.0 raus und mus jetzt für dieses update bezahlen das fände ich ja gar nicht korrekt oder gibt es andere möglichkeiten weil dieses fände ich jetzt sehr sehr schade war bis jetzt zufrieden

würde mich über eine antwort freuen

Your licence of Traktor Pro 3 won't stop working just because Traktor Pro 4 is released just now. You don't have to pay but you cannot use all new features then. As you have a Traktor Pro 3 licence you are eligible for a discounted upgrade at 74.50€ a full version would be 149€. If you got your S4 Mk3 very recent it is worth a try to contact support and ask if they can do anything about it.

The pricing of Traktor Pro is fair in my eyes. Traktor Pro 3 was released about 6 years ago now. I used it since then (and even Traktor Pro 2 before it) paying for this upgrade once. I expect that I can use Traktor Pro 4 many years again after this one off payment. There are DJ apps where I have much more for a perpetual licence or have to subscribe an accept monthyl fees - which add up to much higher amounts over the time.

I purchased Traktor Kontrol S4 MK3 on July 1st, 2024.

I purchased Traktor Pro 4 upgrade (3pm New York time today, July 17) but it is not showing up in Native Access.

I have registered the serial and they show up but I cannot install.

What is going on here.

I just purchased and noticed Traktor Pro 4 as a separate installation from Pro 3. Check your library.
