Heavyocity Damage installation goes but results as uninstallted (and cant locate it)

Hey all

I tried it several time, but no luck on installing my new purchase of Heavyocity Damage library in Native Access.

The symptoms:

  • Serial Number registration in NA goes OK
  • After clicking on INSTALL it downloads (16+GB!) the library (you can see the .iso fil in the download path) and launches its installation
  • After the installation finishes it says Installation Successful.. BUT
  • Native Access still doesn't recognize it as installed and if you try to install it again then it launches the whole DL process again….. (and ofc the previous .iso file is gone!)
  • and when I try to locate the library manually I don't find it anywhere on my disk

I'm on MacOs Sonoma with Native Access 3.12.1

Any help would be greatly appreciated!

    Hello Andrea, can you please try this workaround:

    Please quit Native Access, then delete the "Native Access.xml" found here:

    Win:
    C:\Program Files\Common Files\Native Instruments\Service Center

    Mac:
    Mac HD > Library > Application Support > Native Instruments > Service Center

    Then restart computer & Native Access

    And please let me know about the results afterwards☺️

    Thanks Mert, after that and then re-downloading the Damage library, the installation process in NA actually installed it!
