I'm trying to uninstall some Kontakt libraries to sell the licenses, but the "uninstall" pull down isn't working. It says "Could not uninstall libraryname…"Any recommendations are appreciated. It seems like it shouldn't be this difficult.

Where - exactly - are you trying to use this "uninstall" pull down?

    Which OS

    Which version of Native Access?

Also - gentle reminder to post in the right forum. This one is clearly Kontakt and really does not belong here in Social Club.

My apologies. I'm on Mac OS Sonoma on new Native Access. Would it be better if I reposted this on the Kontakt thread?

Have no idea how to uninstall anything on a Mac.

    Windows only here.

Tagging one of our moderators. Maybe he can move it to the right place for you, OP.

I already moved the discussion to the right directory (Kontakt), no worries 😉

    Thanks for moving the thread.

So my issue is that I'm trying to remove libraries and the Uninstall pull down doesn't work. I have deleted the library's folders from my computer, but how do I remove the libraries from showing up in Kontakt 7.

I am on a Mac, most recent OS and using most recent Native Access.

@astrofreq Yes the uninstall function is not fully functional at the moment, unfortunately. Until this gets fixed, you need to delete a bunch of files: How to Uninstall Native Instruments Software from a Mac Computer

Okay, thanks. I'll bookmark that for a future day. :)
