ntkdaemon problems...

windows 10.

started native access a couple of hours ago.
it said there was a new version available, so i chose to restart/ install native access.

now, every time i try to start native access, it takes me to the installation of ntkdaemon.
that installation keeps on failing every time.

so i first uninstalled native access and tried reinstalling it again.
native access was reinstalled.

when i try to start native access though, there's a message saying "installing dependencies".
then i get routed to the ntkdaemon installation, which never works.

i've tried uninstalling ntkdaemon, but it won't uninstall.
not sure what else to do?

i started the activity manager, closed ntkdaemon and started native access.
that seems to work, so this problem might be solved.
i'll try using it for a few days, to make sure everything is working, before labelling this topic as "solved".
