Battery 4 outputs resetting in Ableton 11

Hoping someone can help. I've recently purchased a Macbook M2 Max, OS Ventura 13.4 and running Ableton 11. When I send the outputs from a Battery sample to an Ableton track, the outputs will reset when I close the Battery page. Anyone else experienced the same issue and have a solution?

    I'm having a hard time understanding the issue exactly. Can you maybe share screenshots or a video so we can try to reproduce the issue?

    There seems to be more issues than the above. Cells are disappearing after loading them. The midi assign function keeps switching to different notes randomly. I have to point to the files each time I load a session. It seems ultra buggy. Should I reinstall? Product is up to date. Seems weird that I'm getting all of these issues in isolation. Regarding the previous issue mentioned above, it's pretty self explanatory. I assign the outputs from battery to audio tracks in Ableton. Then randomly, the outputs will reset and no longer be assigned to the dedicated Audio track in Ableton.

    The issues seem to occur when closing or opening the battery window
