Alliance Plugins Folder Location on Windows 11

Hello, I purchased Komplete 14 Ultimate which includes the Plugin Alliance additions - awesome! I've installed the Installation Manager in "C:\Program Files\Plugin Alliance\Installation Manager" - A standard and I assume, recommended location. Upon clicking "My Products" in the Installation Manager, it then proceeded to download all of the plugins. After this step was complete, it then asks whether I wish to install them. However, I would like all of the plugins to be installed in my D: drive or in the Content Location folder that one can set in Native Access. How do I accomplish this? Or does completing the install itself then give the user an option to select the location? Running Windows 11 23H2 OS 22631.3737.

If you want as little hassle as possible later in Windows 11 - install VST3 only and let the installation do its thing.

The VST3 location in Windows is a standard location that all vendors must adhere to:

    C:\Program Files\Common Files\VST3

Your plugins will go here automatically.

TIP: Never install any plugins in your Content location as noted in Native Access. That should be used for actual library content only.

There is zero advantage to creating or allowing VST plugins to go to custom locations and it becomes a real hassle when trying to tell your DAW where to find them.
