Hi

I just got my maschine plus and am using it in standalone mode. The sound is just coming out of my left earphone. Nothing wrong with headphones!

I’ve looked at all related queries here and done all as suggested (I.e configure outputs, select headphones etc) but nothing works.

Can anyone please help?

Many thanks

mark the strangest thing. My studio audio technica headphones (which I’ve never had an issue with) are the problem. Just tried with ****** iphone headphones and finally I have stereo!

    Very very odd

    Thank you for your help

And is the plug of headphones inserted fully? If it is just so, so, only one channel might work.

And what about trying other headphones to sort out wrong configuration of M+.

And, people sometime use reduction from bigger to smaller (or vice versa) plug. Those may be defective.

Are you getting both channels from the main outputs?

    hi pk

Thanks for helping. I went to mixer and see every sound is in stereo - but can’t see a meter for the main outputs?

This is starting to really annoy me!

Try another pair of phones just to rule that out. If sound still only coming from 1 channel then I would return the Maschine plus as a faulty unit.

I had an issue with a pair of headphones where the sound only came from 1 channel. I gave the jack a good clean with 100 % cleaning alcohol and this got them working properly. Might be worth trying with yours.

We've also seen cases with faulty adaptors (from mini jack to normal jack)
