How to update reaktor 6.4 to 6.5 (I'm using Komplete 11)

My apologies if this is a repeat question, but I am stuck at Reaktor 6.4.3 and am starting to see devices on the User community that use 6.5 that won't load on my system.

I ran the latest version of Native Access but it doesn't register there is a newer version to update to.

Poling around on the NI site I haven't seen anything from NI that says they've inserted a paywall to upgrade within version 6, which seems odd. If NI did this though, I would expect some kind of prompt in NA stating there is a paywall to continue.

Instead NA is behaving as if 6.5 doesn't exist, wasn't released last April, etc.

What am I missing? Any help would be most appreciated!
