Native Access Download error

I downloaded the latest version of Native Access and I'm downloading Brands called Previews, and the download has been loading indefinitely for more than an hour without thinking about ending it at all. I've tried turning off and on the computer, deleted Native Access, and reinstalled it, but it's still loading indefinitely. What should I do?

Hello,

you could try to clear the download folder, and also try to start native access as administrator. Just right click on the icon and select "start as administrator".
