ElectricMint not showing up in Reaper

I installed Electric mint to default, Im trying Reaper and its not showing up anywhere, where is the VST installed, I point reaper at the installation path , C:\users\public\documents\sessionguitarist-electric mint as thats where the NativeAccess says its installed , yet nothing shows up in reaper.

Im a beginner and I dont even know if Im in the right category for the question, nothing is intuitive with any of this stuff.
