Playback Delay in ProTools with Kontakt Midi Guitar VSTs

I'm having an issue with midi playback in ProTools. But, not just any midi. When I play, let's say, Keyscape in ProTools, it plays back in time. When I play other Native Kontakt instruments like Session strings or Luke Holland drums, it also plays back in time. However, for some reason when I play "sunburst" or "Mint Electric" or "Strummed acoustic" it plays back out of time. It has a weird delay. I can't seem to figure out why.

At first, I thought it was the "conductor track" icon being checked in protools. I thought if I set the tempo in protools without that being checked it would play back in time, but that didn't work.

The only workaround I've found is committing the guitars. When I do that, they are in time. But having to do that every time I make a change to a guitar part is very annoying. Anyone know how to fix this issue? Thanks!

@Timmy Is it happening with every preset in these libraries or only some? What time signatures? What sample frequency have you set up for these projects in ProTools? Have you tried 44.1 Khz or 48 Khz?
