Spitfire Installation Serial Number Issue

Hey there…

I installed my Spitfire Libraries (via Spitfire Audio app) on a new computer, but the serial numbers are rejected by Native Access. My Spitfire account shows my order history and serial numbers. My Native Instrument account does not. I have only used one login for both. Solution?

    @Jeremy_NI - All sorted, thanks. It was totally my fault: I had several libraries mistakenly tied to an email address that no longer exists. 🙄

    Yeah, I tried that. Some more info:

    - My Native Instruments online account does not have Spitfire libraries listed.

    - My Spitfire online account shows my Spitfire libraries, order history, and serial numbers.

    - I have been running Spitfire Libraries on my desktop computer for a few years using Spitfire Audio, Native Access, and Kotakt 6/7.

    - The Spitfire Audio app installs libraries on my new laptop, but NA rejects the serial numbers. - I’ve only used one login to register for NA and Spitfire.

    @Johnnyrandom Sorry for being late to the party. Still need some help? I see that you successfully registered some Spitfire products on the 8th of July so I assume you sorted it out. If not drop a line here and we'll try to help.
