Starting up with S88 Mk 2

I am kind of bewitched, bothered and bewildered by the complexity of the NI universe. As someone completely new to computer composing, and even midi, I am confused about where to start. I have an iMac running macOS Sonoma, and have a komplete kontrol s88 mk 2. I have discovered almost by accident how to load instruments and plugins using the controls on the keyboard, but the array of software leaves me unsure of where to go from here. I'm hoping someone can provide some tips! Thanks in advance.
