Maschine Mikro mk3 License transfer

Hello everyone.

I want to give my brother my Maschine mikro mk3 but I cannot request a Transfer License in my account.

If anyone know how to do it or how to contact NI support to request a License Transfer please help me out .

You followed the steps of following support article?

You have to unregister your hardware only. Your brother will get the same software as you did with Maschine Mikro (or maybe more current versions).

A licence transfer is not possible in some cases: NFR hardware, education licensing or if you have registered the product less than 60 days ago.

In last case you can contact NI support to initiate an earlier transfer.
