Native Access Will Not Load

I am having a problem loading my Native Access - currently using Windows 11 (I5)

This program was working perfectly for about 6 months after installation.

    Hello tnicholl, this issue was caused by the new updated version of the Native Access(12.0.0) in Windows computers. Our team has detected this issue and solved this with the immediate hot fix with the 12.1.0 so installing the latest version of the Native Access should solve this issue.     Windows 11 - Did you get any messages or warnings during the install? If so, what were they?

    Did you try launching NA as admin? Not sure if that will help, but it's possible it might render some additional messages for you, and that could give us something to go on.

    When you launch NA, can you go into Task Manager and tell us if there's a task there for NA? It would show up in Apps, and on my Windows 11 system, it's got 5 tasks, and is using 80-90 MB of Memory and between 0 and 0.5% CPU.

    Thanks for your quick reply. Unfortunately Native Access still will not load. I have downloaded the supplied link with no success.
