Does anybody have a fix for missing expansions in Maschine?

Hey all,

Wondering if anyone's experienced this recently: I load up Maschine (version 2.18.1) and I'm missing some - but not all - expansions. I've reinstalled the software, double checked that the firmware is current, confirmed Full Disc Access, and Native Access confirms that the filepaths of the expansions are correct as well.

It seems to be newer expansions that are missing too, specifically Hazy Days, Drift Theory, and Borough Chops. Not sure if that would make a difference, but those are the three that I'm missing the most.

Running Sonoma 14.5 on an M1 MacBook Pro.

Any insight would be super helpful!

Backup your favourites and then reinitialize your library: https://support.native-instruments.com/hc/en-us/articles/210277145-My-Maschine-2-Browser-is-Empty-or-Incomplete

If it works you can try reading your favourites - but I just re added them manuall

I've already done that a couple times and am still encountering the same issue. Any other suggestions?

@Carosone Which expansions are missing? What's your operating system? Do they show as installed in Native Access ?

    Thanks for the reply!

I ended up just reinstalling to a different location and Maschine recognizes the expansions again. I originally had the libraries for the expansions on an external SSD, so I changed the install path to the Macintosh HD and they're back in Maschine now.

Haven't tried moving them back to the SSD as I'm just enjoying have them available again.

Thanks for the feedback. Just for the information, the SSd was formatted to APFS?

I try to install them through Native Access; it starts, downloads them, and after it install them, but then they show up again as available to install. The operating system is 14.3.1 (23D60).

Just purchased Komplete 15 Select and all 15 of the missing expansions from the over 50 I already have are loaded correctly on Native Instruments Access, However, missing the 15. I purchased Komplete 15 Standard for to add to my Library. I am reading that others are missing Expansions as well. All of the rest of my Komplete 15 Select products have been loaded and are working fine. I already had 62 Expansions and they work in Machine 2 with no problems. I already have tried loading the “installed”, but missing Expansions via scan on all of my 335 products scan , both single Desktop and on DAW. Machine operates find and quick. Would appreciate any suggestions on the above.

    Thank you so very much!
