"Download failed"

I am trying to update SessionHorns Pro via NATIVE Access, but I keep getting a "Download failed" message. It seems that "iCloud Private Relay" is not available on this OS. However, in the "Security & Privacy" settings, I have enabled both Location Services and Full Disk Access for NATIVE Access.

I would appreciate it if you could provide a solution.

iMac (Retina 5K, 27-inch, Late 2015)
3.3 GHz Quad-Core Intel Core i5
macOS 11.7.10 (20G1427)
