When I go to update the latest firmware for my keyboard it says please connect your MK3 and click refresh. Each time I do it does nothing and cannot detect that my keyboard is indeed connected.

Which keyboard is it, and how is it connected? Are you powering it as well?

From the product support area: "Use a USB-C power supply for the Power Only port, along with a USB-C
cable connecting the keyboard’s HOST port to the computer (with USBC to A
    adapter if needed)."

Kontrol S88 MK3 connected to MacBook Pro via USB-C thunderbolt 4. Keyboard turns on and tells me to enter serial number into Native Access, so I do and it says it is successfully registered through Native Access, but nothing changes on the keyboard display, it still says enter serial number. I process will setup steps and reach the point of updating to latest firmware. I follow the link and download the KSMK3 Updater and it opens up and says "please connect Kontrol keyboard and click refresh". It is not registering that the keyboard is indeed connected.

@hackeyog I see that you contacted our support. The last message from my colleague was to check this article: After Registering My Kontrol S-Series MK3, I’m Still Asked to Add My Serial Number

Did that fix the issue or do you still need help?
