KONTAKT UPDATE
I need help because I don't know how to solve this problem. I updated KONTAKT but it won't let me activate my KOMPLETE 14 ULTIMATE. Many instruments appear in my NATIVE ACCESS in DEMO mode and I have already purchased them a long time ago. I don't understand, I need a solution as it is my working tool.

Hello guys, unfortunately this is a common issue about the latest version of the Native Access, please apply the following workaround and this should help to solve this issue before the newest update:
Delete the Native Access.xml in the following location and restart your computer and open NA
C:\Program Files\Common Files\Native Instruments\Service Center
Macintosh HD > Library > Application Support > Native Instruments > Service Center
Repeat until the missing products reappear/the products in demo recognise their activation again
This can help you to recover your products, if the issue persists,
Alternatively please, downgrade to NA 3.8.1 and this can help, here are the direct download links for that:

Welcome to the world of Komplete. I have exactly same issue. No idea how to proceed. I had to change one of the trumpet sections for the customer. I had to use different plugin cos my K14U is not workiWhich made me be frustrated as F.

all righty thanks for looking into this. I've tried to downgrade, reinstall and everything else I could find in different topics. Ill try to delete .xml file ill let You know, if there is any progress. Thanks

Actually after deleting Macintosh HD > Library > Application Support > Native Instruments > Service Center.xml worked after 2nd restart. I am on Sonoma 14.5 Gl everyone. Thanks Mert
