How do I get my DAW ( CakeWalk by Bandlab) to connect with my Kontrol S61 MK3 controller?

I'm completely stumped. It seems I've tried every method possible to connect my S61 to my DAW in order to play the instruments and sound samples from my keyboard. I purchased the Kontrol S61 bundled with the Native Instruments Komplete 14 Ultimate Software Production Suite. My sales engineer from Sweetwater provided me with detailed setup instructions, which I've followed meticulously, but to no avail. It's perplexing because I managed to get the keyboard to play some loaded instruments at one point but had to stop due to the late hour. Returning the next day, the connection was gone. Occasionally, I can sample sounds from the Kontakt 7 software, but it's inconsistent. I desperately need help!

Hi @Kaiwan_NI , I'm having the exact same issue after my purchase of 14 Ultimate and the S61 MK3 keyboard with Cakewalk. I've figured out how to add different tracks with Kontakt, but when I switch between tracks, the keys on the keyboard react to the new instrument, but the display on the keyboard never changes, and the lightguide never changes. Does setting up a new ACT "controller surface" mapping fix this? Thanks!
