Komplete 14 is not in native access Windows 10

in Komplete General

Hi

upgraded to komplete 14 standard opened native access( It does not say native access 2, but it's version 3.11.1 ?) Put in the serial # for komplete 14 and it shows as registered.

Videos say go to the 'library' to download Komplete 14 but it's not there. Komplete control it there, but no komplete 14.

How do i download it? I did uninstall my older version of Komplete, but that shouldn't be an issue? There are 27 products waiting to be updated, but no sign of komplete

    You don't get a bundle called "Komplete 14 Standard" in Native Access, instead you are getting unlocks for the contained products. You get downloads like "Kontakt Factory Library 2", "Massive X", "Una Corda", "Battery 4" and many more.

    27 items look a bit few, I have more than 150 items in my Library in Native Access (Komplete 14 Standard, Traktor Pro 3 Plus, Maschine and a few single items). Not sure how many of these are Maschine content but Komplete 14 Standard should be more than 100 items. Or is 27 only your updates and you have additional products ready to install?

    Komplete 14 won't be listed as a single entry inside Native Access. Each of its included products will.

    Check the comparison page to see what's different and new for you:

    You should see e.g. FM8, MASSIVE X, PLAYBOX, SUPER 8, BATTERY 4, 40s VERY OWN DRUMS/KEYS… among others.

    I get the concept now. I have 149 instruments and 27 to be updated..
