Why the Rel/ Intl Buttons dont turn orange?

Hello, I ask for helpI bought the Z2 (I connected two turntables + Timecode Vinyl via Chinch) everything works perfectly, but the two Rel/Intl buttons don't turn orange when I press them 😢

And I read that you have to set it to Chinch to scratchHave I connected something wrong or do I need to change something in the settings in Traktor? Thanks

    Does it turn green or gives any light response at all?

    hello
    no its only green and i cant turn it orange

    Maybe cause of wrong cable connection? (From Turntables line out to z2 line input?) or wrong settings in the audio preferences? Set z2 mixer to reset?

    connect the turntables in the phono inputs, the line inputs are for CD players, remember you can also connect a cd player, with traktor timecode, in the Z2 auxilary input and control 3 (timecode) decks

    Can i use serato time code vinyls with traktor? Sorry for this silly question…

    All settings audio/ input- output settings are right

    i still dont know why the rel/ intl buttons dont turn orange 🥺

    In the scope layout you can see the vinyls turning

    And everytime i start the vinyl it says calibrating, please wait

    Please help me

    Sorry, what do you mean?

    I only have two timcode vinyls from serato

    But anyway. I dont understand why the rel/ intel buttons dont change the colour 🥺

    That's why it says "calibrating.." it will not work. Different control signal.

    And usually the bottons only get active after calibration. You need Traktor Control Vinyls.

    yeah i buy some traktor scratch vinyls and hope to fix this problem
