Can't purchase the Driver ! I can't contact the guy I bought my Machine Studio From

So the website says if you can't contact the seller, to contact the support team. How do I do that? When I click the support link, It just sends me back to the article again.

    Hey thanks a lot that worked and I was able to download the drivers..much appreciated. I would have never figured all that out!
