Activate problem random message / XML file corrupt

hi there everyone I have been having this problem for days now , where all my products have been working fine for years but all of sudden problems have started happening with the XML native access file , I go to delete it and then it jsut appears back , and then this active tab has popped up for kontakt 6, and is telling me to activate all products which I’m not sure how, I do think I upgraded to kontakt 7 but not sure , any thing to help resolve these issues would be much appreciated thanks ,

    land also I forgot to mention but the kit goes into demo
