Spare part to repair S2 mk1

Hi there

I have to repair my controler (S2 MK1). I need a pitch fader (different, longer than the volume fader), a USB port, and a switch (the one behind the button like the effect button).

I can only find the USB connector.

Do you guys know were to buy a pitch and a switch?

Btw not sure but I think S2 MK1, S4 MK1, S2 MK2 and S4MK2 share the same components.
